Botanical, bittersweet and beautifully balanced, our house vermouth is built from Adelaide Hills wine and infused with native and traditional aromatics. Expect layers of wormwood, mandarin peel, juniper and pepperberry, with a bright citrus lift and spiced finish. Serve chilled over ice, or mix into your favourite cocktail.
