Hills Collide 2025 Shiraz

The 2025 Balhannah Shiraz is powerful yet distinctly cool-climate, showing lifted aromas of dried herbs, spice, Kalamata olive brine and smoked meats. The palate is intense and structured, shaped by long, ripe tannins that carry the wine through a deep, savoury finish. Small yields in a cool year have delivered a wine with concentration, character and strong ageing potential.

Hand harvested for optimal ripeness and purity. Fermentation was followed by maturation in 500 litre French oak barrels with ten percent new oak to frame the fruit without overwhelming it. The wine is built to evolve gracefully and will reward careful cellaring for up to fifteen years.
