The 2022 Pinot unveils a captivating nose of nori, green tea and cherry. On the palate, it sees a combination of cassis, cherry, and subtle notes of cocoa, leading to a long and savoury finish. The wine boasts a fine tannin structure with a pleasing integration of oak and acidity.

Hand harvested from a single Piccadilly vineyard, this wine is crafted from a blend of D5V12, 114, 115, and MV6 clones. It underwent a cold soak and cool fermentation in open 1-tonne fermenters, incorporating 35% whole bunches. Following this, the wine matured for 9 months in a combination of hogsheads and puncheons.
