Hills Collide 2025 Pinot Noir

The 2025 Hills Collide Pinot Noir shows bright cherry, cassis and gentle green tea aromatics, with a touch of cocoa adding depth. The palate is soft, silky and savoury, finishing long with fine tannins and vibrant cool-climate freshness.

Hand harvested fruit from Balhannah and Piccadilly Valley, using D5V12, 114 and 115 clones. Cold soaked and fermented cool in small open fermenters with twenty five percent whole bunches, then matured in a mix of hogsheads and puncheons for subtle oak and purity of fruit.
