The 2022 Grüner Veltliner offers intense aromatics of lemon peel, grapefruit peel, orange blossom, and subtle hints of brioche. On the palate, it reveals the refreshing flavours of golden delicious apple, lemon, lemon curd, and custard, culminating in a long-lasting finish. The wine boasts a delicate and precise acidity, accompanied by a fine phenolic character.
 
Sourced from Blows and Saturno vineyards in Macclesfield, the wine underwent fermentation on fine lees in French hogsheads. It matured in barrels for nine months with frequent lees stirring.
