The 2023 Dry Rosé is a refreshing wine with a fragrant nose showcasing rose, juniper and strawberry. Candied ginger, toffee apple and ripe strawberries star in a generous but dry palate with crunchy acidity and great length. This Rosé strikes a perfect balance between floral and fruity elements, making it a truly delicious drop.

Sourced from a single vineyard in Kuitpo, Dolcetto grapes were hand-harvested and gently whole bunch pressed. The juice underwent a cool 24-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks and matured on lees for two months without stirring.
