Hills Collide 2025 Dry Rosé

The 2025 Hills Collide Mencia Dry Rosé is a fragrant and textural expression of the Adelaide Hills. Aromas of rose, juniper, and cherry lead into a generous yet dry palate of candied ginger, spice, and dark cherry. Bright, crunchy acidity and fine phenolic texture give the wine great length and balance, creating a seamless interplay between floral lift and fruit richness.

Sourced from a single vineyard in Balhannah, Mencia grapes were hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed. The juice underwent full solids barrel fermentation and was matured on lees for six months without stirring, building subtle complexity and mouthfeel.
