Hills Collide Chardonnay

A swirl in the glass sees aromatics of jasmine, nashi pear and grapefruit lift a medium to full-bodied wine with intense minerality. Drinking beautifully now but will also enjoy some time in your cellar. 

Sourced from two vineyards in Piccadilly and Lobethal, grapes were hand-picked and gently whole bunch pressed. The wine underwent barrel fermentation with partial malolactic fermentation and matured in old barriques while being stirred on lees for 8 months.
