Hills Collide 2025 Balhannah Chardonnay

The 2025 Balhannah Chardonnay opens with lifted aromas of jasmine, lemon pith and grapefruit. The palate is full and finely textured, driven by bright acidity and chalky minerality that give the wine both precision and depth. It is elegant yet powerful, offering immediate appeal with the structure to age gracefully for up to ten years.

Hand picked from the Deanery Vineyard in Balhannah, the fruit was barrel fermented with fifty percent new French oak for complexity and lift. The wine saw no malolactic fermentation and was aged on lees for eight months to build texture and length while preserving freshness.
