The 2025 Hills Collide Balhannah Chardonnay is a complex, modern expression of the Adelaide Hills. Aromas of jasmine, lemon pith, and grapefruit lead into a full, finely textured palate underpinned by bright acidity and pronounced minerality. Made from hand-picked fruit from the Deanery Vineyard in Balhannah, this Chardonnay was barrel fermented with 50% new French oak, underwent no malolactic fermentation, and was aged on lees for eight months.

Elegant yet powerful, this is a finely structured New World Chardonnay — delicious now, or cellar confidently for up to ten years
