The 2021 Bright White offers an enticing aromatic profile with notes of jasmine, chamomile, and lemon rind. The palate presents a refreshing combination of lemongrass, grapefruit and lemon curd, accented by subtle hints of thyme. The wine's mouthfeel is luscious. Mouth-coating acidity provides pleasant grip and drive for the robust yet crisp mid-palate.
 
Grown by the Saturno family in Macclesfield, the wine is hand-harvested, gently whole bunch pressed and cold-settled. It ferments in tanks on fine lees and matures without stirring in stainless steel for six months, emphasizing its varietal character.
